Everything DiSC Productive Conflict®
Objective:
At the end of this 8-Hour course, participants will have explored the destructive and productive conflict behaviors of each DiSC® style, learned how to manage their responses to conflict situations, and gained personalized communication strategies when engaging in productive conflict with colleagues. To achieve this objective, we will be using the Everything DiSC Productive Conflict® Assessment and report (included in the package).
NOTE: If you have more than 10 participants, purchase the Introduction to Everything DiSC Productive Conflict® (additional participant) for each additional attendee.
NOTE: If you would like to add individual one-on-one debrief / coaching sessions, purchase the optional Everything DiSC Debrief / Coaching Session (Training Add-on).
Prerequisites:
Participants complete the Everything DiSC Productive Conflict® Assessment 7 days prior to the session (included in your package)
